It was a very nice facility. Rooms were big and it was very clean. My issue was, although the basic room price was reasonable, there were too many add on prices for services included in other places. Adding what I needed for my mom it was above the price I could spend.

I would recommend

The administration and staff were attentive and addressed our needs. The room size was good. A personal Alexa is in each room connected to facility information and music and news. The food was good, sometimes out of the ordinary choices. The facility was clean, there were many activities. At times there were not enough aides which is an industry problem. The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful. I would say the more independent a person is the better they will fare. Many amenities for the residents.

Our family's experience

Everything was excellent from the staff going overboard to please a very angry and difficult client to wonderful food and superb attention at every step from all staff. Room was good size and many furniture options were offered, everything was clean.

Glad to be here

Care givers seem a little slow and could use more of them. The staff and admin respond to questions and concerns. Overall I am pleased and suggest you check this place out.

A good visit and explanation but, sadly, my wife is in a skilled nursing facility and probably won't be discharged to receive the Juniper Village discount.

Juniper Village at Forest Hills

There doesn't appear to be any negativity in the limited time there My mom's criticism is mostly on the food Good healthy meals, but, lack of flavor like spices I assume it has to be rather bland due to many dietary restrictions amongst the residents She feels her room is her new condo and is quite proud of it Her disposition is greatly improved since she has moved in from her home Being around others and activities offered has really made a difference in her outlook and happiness
