CriticalThis place was Sad...Not enough Staff, Very smelly and dirty and outdated food was horrible! Food also served on dirty plastic dishes...Closet door broke and bar to hang up clothes hanging broke...dresser drawers dirty broke. No idea how this Nursing home can possibly stay running!!!!

PositiveLakeshore Manor is a wonderful memory care community. They offer fun activities for the residents while keeping safety in mind. They doors are always secure which is a great amenity added for a memory care community.

PositiveLakeshore is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever visited! The homey feel inside and calm and clean interior puts me at ease. There is a fantastic courtyard that looks out over lake and is a wonderful space for campfires and watching the birds! Physical environments are such an important part of memory care, and I love the one at Lakeshore.

PositiveI like it here, and I really appreciate everything that goes on. I can talk with any of the staff about concerns that I may have. The communication is open, which is something that's really important to me. I do feel that the care is good. There are just a few small things for concern.
