I am/was a resident of this facility

I have been in Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center for a year now. It provides a higher level of care than I need. The staff members are supportive, friendly, and skilled. The facility is excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The layout is good. It's large. The food is good, I think better than just institutional. The activities are very suitable and interesting. They are frequent. They're twice a day on the floor, and several times monthly for the facility in total. I'm not private pay. T…

The rooms are dirty, with trash on the floor, and the floors are always sticky. I visited my loved one, one day, and found his cup of milk was old and had a layer curdled milk on top. The milk was given to him with his lunch tray that day. The therapy is a joke. The therapists due bare minimum and basically just have the patients in the therapy gym, waiting around until it's their 5 minutes of therapy. I'm sure they are billing Medicare/Medicaid for a lot more therapy than they're actually giving the…

Staff does not care at all about the patients. They cannot even read charts to confirm meds taken. Completely incompetent. Don’t send your loved ones here !

I visited this facility

I went to look at Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center. Their staff was the best. They were very helpful. The facility was very clean. They have a lot of activity. The food was okay, but the portions were small. The apartments were nice.

I visited this facility

Room was filthy every day I walked in. Patients had to scream help or nurse to get anyone’s attention. I asked the discharge planner if she was there for the patient or the money. She refused to answer so that said it all. Would not clean my loved one after I bought everything for him to be cleaned with. I walked in the room one day and his bed was soaked in urine, the adult diaper I asked them to not put on him was filled with feces. There were many days I cleaned and dressed him. I would wake up daily in an insta…

If you love your sibling don't bring them here. They portrait loving and caring, and they are fake. I witness clients in the living area for a day in the same spot. Dining room area dirty for days. They are obviously short of staff, and it shows. If your sibling can speak or care for them self don't expect them to do it. I pull my dad from here straight to hospital where he's currently fighting for his life. My dad was walking eating on his own etc. at a baseline. In 14days my dad health when downhil…
