★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is clean and well taken care of. Nursing staff is pleasant. The only complaint is the selection and quality of food. Limited options available. Snacks are minimal. I’d like to see more healthy options. Most residents have the same complaint.
★★★★★
PositiveAll the staff at Morningside are caring and compassionate people - they truly want was is best for my Mom. They treat her with respect and watch out for her, like she is part of their family. This makes a big difference. The facility is clean and bright and the kind staff helps me feel comfortable knowing she is in the right place.
★★★★★
CriticalCare in memory care is very average. Some very rude and inept care givers. Memory care director is anything but helpful and positive. Many promises made while visiting but not delivered. Very difficult management. The residents are not the priority…. Money is the bottom line. Employees not their priority either. Very sad and disappointing experience! Don’t waste your money or energy. Revolving door on employees. Not at all as presented when you visit.
★★★★★
CriticalDo not place your loved ones here. Continues to go downhill since the ownership change to Morningside. Management changes every few months, staff changes more frequently. The turnover speaks volumes to the poor quality of senior Morningside management. Rooms are not cleaned. Laundry is lost. Food quality continues to deteriorate. Minimal activities. Phones are not answered. Questions are not answered. Promises given but not kept. Will actively be searching for new accomodations.
★★★★★
CriticalRooms are not cleaned. Laundry is lost. Phones do not get answered. Management changes every few months. Promises are made by management but rarely consistently followed. They display "a place for mom" award prominently in their entrance way that should be revoked. Morningside does not care about their facility or their clients. We need to find a new home for mom.
★★★★★
PositiveFirst, this is a very hard job and everyone who works here has a special heart to do what they do. I have found staff to be competent, friendly, and respectful-especially sometimes when clients can be 'challenging'. [names removed] are wonderful with the social aspect of Morningside. Keeping people active, socially engaged, and motivated makes this place unique among other places I've visited. Medically, although doctors are not continuously present [name removed] and staff do a great job, being very responsive …
