★★★★★
PositiveThey have been very responsive to my mom's changing condition and needs. They helped get physician care at the facility and layer hospice care on top when my mom needed extra care. Clean, great food, compassionate staff.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very attentive. The apartment is huge and is kept spotless. There are several activities that my brother participates in, and he loves the variety of meals served. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveI didn't tour the facility, I had a friend who lives in Rio Rancho tour there for me. She said she was impressed with the cleanliness and the spacious resident rooms. In addition she was pleased with the many amenities.

PositiveMy tour of MorningStar of Rio Rancho was very informative. They told me all about it, and they took me on a grand tour of it. It was very clean and very plush. They have a nurse on staff, and they have all sorts of activities. The parking situation was very convenient also.

It was very well kept up. I only met one person, and she was very helpful. We had lunch there, and it was a la carte, like a short-order cook restaurant. Everything is nice, except…

PositiveI toured MorningStar of Rio Rancho's assisted living. The first thing I noticed was that the parking lot wasn't even half full, while every place I ever went, there weren't any parking spots available. When I walked in there, it was so bright. I just like the way it was laid out. The apartments are all on the outside, and then the inside is an outdoor area where they grill out sometimes, and the restaurant is there, too. It just impressed me. The employees that I interacted with all seemed nice. The …
