I visited The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho I. It looked like all of the units had balconies, which is important to me to have a little connection to the outside world. I have a nice patio at home, and I hate to just be in a place where I don't have any access to fresh air. They have lots of activities, and the dining room was very nice. I toured The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho I. You can do aging in place and never have to move to another facility. The staff was very nice. It was very nice. It's a fairly new building. They're one of the very few retirement places that have a swimming pool. I felt like it's a very nice place and that it would be comfortable there. The sizes of the rooms are average, too. We moved my parents into The Neighborhood In Rio Rancho I. It's very pleasant and clean. It's light and cheerful. The staff members and the head nurse are very accommodating. They allowed us to move my parents into the facility even though they both had Covid. That's incredible. They put them in isolation, but they still allowed us to take them there because they needed a lot of assistance, so that was amazing for us.
