I don’t often give 5 Star Quality Rating Reviews but in this case I’d give 10 Stars for what I consider one of the premier Long Term Memory Care Facilities in the Scottsdale AZ area–the Mosaic Gardens of Scottsdale. Several complimentary paragraphs cannot fully describe the exceptional and professional care that we as a family experienced with a loved one that spent time there as a Resident. At the outset, the care staff was not very interested in her care nor collaborative with me on issues such as pain or meals. She was not the easiest to deal with but did not make sure she was eating. Additionally, they weren't great at ensuring she was getting activities such as watching TV. They had trouble with their TVs and were not very motivated to resolve them. He has a very good-sized room, he has good care, and it's close to home, but the good care was the most important to me because we've been through a lot of challenges in that regard.
