PositiveNew Hope Residential is a very clean and new home. The lady who's taking care of my mom is very nice and good. There aren't any activities there for her, but everything is all-inclusive as far as medications and meals. There aren't any extras, and the price just takes care of everything. My mom is in a private bedroom.

CriticalI toured this community for my mom to move into. I was very upset and did not move my mom in due to the fact that they wanted for me to medicate my mom before she arrived, due to that I did not feel comfortable with her being in this community. I did like the community for the cleanliness. Other families might consider this community.

PositiveWhen we first moved my mother into New Hope Residential I had a few concerns, but they have since disappeared. They were recommending my mother go into hospice, but I did not feel she was at that point. We went to a doctor for feedback and he advised against hospice at the time. Once that concern was removed we never heard anything about it. For the most part everything about them has been really great. PositiveI almost didn?t go to this one. I was tired and getting overwhelmed and confused. I rang the bell, and immediately uneasy when I heard two dogs barking and an 8-year-old girl answered the door.
