I toured Okatie Pines Retirement Community. The place was attractive and well-kept. There were a lot of people there bustling around, so they were active. They had a very nice auditorium area, and on the day we visited, they had brought in a local band. I did not sample their food, but I heard it's good.

ALL STAFF IS EXTRAORDINARILY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD REQUEST THAT HEALTHIER FOOD BE PROVIDED, AND THAT CARROT STICKS AND CELERY STICKS BE PROVIDED IN THE CHEF CORNER. i WOULD LIKE TO SEE BENCHES AROUND THE BUILDING TO ENCOURAGE WALKING FOR THOSE WHO NEED A REST.
