Staff is very kind to the residents. They have nice rooms with private bathrooms. There is also a nice outdoor courtyard. I would definitely recommend Olive Branch to others looking.

CriticalI would recommend the place.
The home was sold, and it wasn't an easy transition with medications(new pharmacy). Many new workers.. not always trained. It is getting better with time. The girls who interact w mom are great people. Mom loves her girls, as she calls them. The transition to new owner was shaky, and that is getting better.

I wouldn't consider Olive Branch Senior Assisted Living. It's kind of outdated and it doesn't smell good. You walk in and the staff don't give you any feeling of confidence. They wanted a lot of money, too. I looked at a couple of rooms. They walked me through the eating area. It's not a facility I'd consider. I didn't have that long interaction with the staff. My initial reaction was that they were not professional. It's privately run. It shows its age. The rooms were sort o…

My mom is a current resident at Olive Branch Senior Assisted and she loves it there! Everything is great, with the exception of the activities. If a person is expecting things to keep them occupied, I think that they would be bored there. I will say, they have tried to do activities while our mom has been there, there is just not a lot of participation from the residents. I would recommend Olive Branch Senior Assisted to others.
