The guy that ran Orchard Hills Living was very sweet. It was assisted living, but they had memory care as well, which was very nice. They were willing to accept my friend's cat into the home as well. It felt very much like home, not like a facility. You could tell that someone was there constantly taking care of the elderly that were there. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My loved one has moved into Orchard Hills Living. The overall experience was very good. They deliver the services for the most part that they advertised and put in their brochure. They have hardworking and kind caregivers. My loved one is more content and happier there. I don't seem to see the tension, stress, or fear I saw at the other place. It would be nice to get more staff though.

I loved everything about Orchard Hills Living, but the only thing was they don't take insurance. It is out of my pocket. Other than that, the staff was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and courteous. It's a private home with a yard in there. It's very clean and smelled very good.

Incredible HOME!

My mom lived at Orchard Hills the last 2 months of her life. She was incredibly happy with the staff and residents. She loved the food, activities, residents and staff. Eric and Jane and staff went above and beyond in caring for my mom to make her last two months incredibly peaceful. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

This was such a wonderful place for my father-in-law. I just wished we found it sooner. The food was wonderful, the care was so touching and full of empathy. It just felt like a home environment yet with 24 hour care we could finally relax. Again Eric and his staff Amy were beyond what I had at his previous place.
