I went to Overture Cotswold. The young lady who showed me and my son around was very friendly and knew a lot. She explained all the different features and stuff in there. We met some of the residents who live there. It was really a nice place. It's beautiful and the different things that they have for the seniors are nice. It looks like a hotel with the long hallway, the carpet, and everything. They have a swimming pool, and some apartments looked over the street outside. Some of them looked over the courtyard…

PositiveThere is a Lot to Do With Like Minded People and You're Not Lonely
I would tell others that it is a great safe place. There is a lot of things to do. The other residents and staff watch out for you. My loved one doesn't think a lot of the food. The breakfast is more of a continental style and not that great. They have a hot meal a couple times a week.

I have absolutely no problem living here, the sales people here are great, the management staff are great. Things are starting to open back up since everyone is getting the vaccines. It is an active and open senior community, the gym is absolutely world class, we have every workout equipment possible. I have a 70 square foot 1 bedroom apartment that has more storage then my old apartment complex. PositiveA fantastic place
I chose this community because of the affordability, the amenities such as the heated pool, and it was overall just a very nice place. They have a lot of different sizes of apartments but they are all great. They have wonderful breakfasts as well, the man who serves it is very nice. The best part about the community so far has been the family type atmosphere. Everybody cares about each other and takes care of one another. I would definitely recommend

PositiveA Nice Place to Live
The community is really nice and very clean. The residents are able to have dogs at Overture Cotswold. We have a yard crew that comes in to mow and landscape. Everybody speaks to each other. During COVID it has been hard to get to know other residents because of distance and wearing of masks. To my knowledge the community hasn't had any cases of COVID. I'm happy with the cost I'm paying, at Overture Cotswold.
