The staff were friendly and informative. The facility was clean and well cared for. The rooms were spacious.

Looked clean and bright. Nice setup and employees seemed happy and friendly. Price was about what I expected.

Park Creek Place experience

I'm New at this but memory unit is new for me! My sister was at assisted living unit in her first apartment . Memory unit relatively new! I have been saddened by this disease! Let me tell about my experience with park place , I found that it should have more supervision as far as the nursing staff with the residents! The food is alright from what I seen! She complains about the residents arguing and being aggressive with each other. Still trying to figure things out with this community.

Review for Park Creek Place

Lack of communication. He was supposed to get PT and there was miss communication between them and their PT. One phone call to us could have cleared it up and he would have started his PT the next day. He "ran" out of his celebrex and the person in charge of the meds said he had called his Dr. To get a refill but this did not happen. Overall would recommend

The staff was friendly and provided great care. The facilities were clean and the room was just the right size for my Dad. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Yet another disappointing assisted living facility

Mom would call for help and either nobody would answer or if they did they wouldn't show for hours. Mom also complained about various matters and most were not addressed until I called and complained too. I had to act as an extra advocate for her. Also, some staff were nice and others were unpleasant.
