I visited this facility

Park Lane Senior Living is beautiful. It's very nice, but they're a little on the upper end price-wise, and their waiting list is pretty long. I met one person, and she seemed very nice, but that's her job. She was a salesperson, and she's a lovely young woman. The upkeep looked good.

Both the clients and the staff were delightful and enthusiastic. As it was a holiday weekend, I assumed that all the decorations were for people visiting, especially children. For future clients, many of us have no children. So the decor felt childish. Understanding that the “apartment “ I was shown was under renovation, the single bedroom seemed incredibly small and the “bones” of the place outdated, particularly the storage, bathroom, and kitchen. Walking in I was greeted by two different residents who were leaving to walk their dogs. Knowing people can come and go when needed, and keep their beloved pets with them brought a smile to my face.

Park Lane is close to all that downtown Salt Lake has to offer in a Hotel like environment with the added support of provided services like housekeeping and meals. Families can have price of mind when there loved one is living here.

Park Lane senior living is a beautiful building! What truly makes this place special, though, are the people. The residents are friendly and engaging, the residents and staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming and caring atmosphere. The building is always clean and the food is always good.

We’ve had a great experience with this senior living community. The food is consistently good, with a variety of options that keep things interesting. One of the standout features is the beautiful atrium filled with palm trees—it creates such a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere. The activities are also well-planned and engaging, offering something for everyone. It’s clear they care about creating a warm, vibrant environment for the residents.
