PositivePark Village Pines is an very awesome place to stay! The staff is very nice and helpful. Love the way they care for the residents and and how over friendly and helpful everyone is. The Christian aspect and all they do to help them feel at home.

CriticalWe chose Park Village Pines because my friend told me it was Christian facility and I liked that for my mom. The staff members here are also great. Other than that, I do think that the facility itself needs to be updated and they are short staffed a lot. They do not have any activities provided here so she is bored a lot. The laundry services have not been good, her things have been shrunk, stained, and have come up missing. It seems disorganized and I think they need more help. We are now able to go inside the fac…

PositivePark Village Pines is fairly priced and has a full facility. They have single occupancy rooms and multiple recreational activities. It's kind of like a middle class home. The rooms have a shower and full bathroom. They offer hair care, foot care and they have nurses on duty. They have a lot of activities every day, like exercise, games, and church. They have a couple private dining rooms and full meals. The people who live there are happy. The facilities are clean.

PositiveWe put my father-in-law at Park Village Pines and the only reason we picked it was because it's closer to our house. The care is very good. His room is an adequate size, clean, and very nice. The food seems to be fairly nice. The staff is very caring and polite. He was doing puzzles the other day, they had a sing-along and he won a prize at a game night. They also have excursions where they take them out to various places. They seem to have plenty of activities.
