Parkside Senior Living was the right choice for my parents. It allowed them privacy, independence lasting friendships, their cat and an educated, dedicated staff to help through their aging journey. They always felt valued. My dad' s wish was to remain at Parkside. The Parkside staff(cooks, housekeeping, RN director, resident assistants, receptionist) were committed to granting this wish. Dad lived at Parkside for 9 1/2 years. It was his home.

Parkside experience

My father hated it there. He said the staff would stand outside his room and talk about him, that they were very rough when changing his clothes or pushing him in his wheelchair. I walked into his room and it reeked of urine. I saw the lady across the hall laying on the floor waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to come help her up. The woman who runs the place has very good intentions, just doesn't have the caring staff she needs.

A positive experience!

Things are going pretty good for my mother so far, I think it has been a good for. Everyone at the Brookdale Neenah has been very nice and welcoming. The place is very clean, I would recommend it to anyone looking.

A nice place!!

I had a nice respite stay at Brookdale. The best part of the stay were the staff. They were wonderful and helpful. The community was clean. The food was fine and they posted the menu on the bulletin board. If you did not want what was on the menu you could let them know. I would recommend this community.
