PositiveI love the staff and services however the hallways and carpets in 90% of the building is disgustingly stained.I didn't have a lot of options that were in my price range that offered the services I knew my mom would need.

PositiveMom loves it at Pinecrest Village at Mackinaw. She's enjoying it because there's lots of things for her to do. The people are pretty incredible. The staff goes over and above, and they try to keep everybody busy and happy. They have three or four different types of rooms, and they try to accommodate what you can afford. You can bring your stuff in and make it feel like your home. They are very accommodating. They have a mystery trip once a month, and every week they have a couple of places that they go to…

PositiveSo far so good, I would say. I don't hear any complaints about the food. No major concerns at all. I chose them over other communities I looked at, because the price was more reasonable.
