I visited this facility

I didn't like Pleasant Garden Clover. It smelled, and it didn't look too clean. I didn't care for that. It seemed overcrowded. They had people sitting in the dining room, people in their bedroom, and I've seen an elderly lady lying in bed, like she was helpless. The kitchen didn't seem too overcrowded, but it didn't seem too clean. There was one lady who showed us around. She was nice, but she didn't know anything about us coming, and the person I was supposed to have an appointme…

A phenomenal place

The food is all homemade from scratch. They make special meals for all holidays and birthdays. This home was built for the disabled so all of the restrooms are wheelchair accessible. They decorate the home for all birthdays and holidays. The home is spotless and beautiful. The owner and the house managers are fantastic, caring and attentive. The caregivers are very friendly and attentive. The laundry is done and it is perfect. I have good communication with them and I would recommend this care home.
