Too little received for too much money

DO NOT consider this place. For a little over [price removed] you get below average food, that is not nutritionally balanced, frozen mush for pureed food, And Watered down soup. For an additional [price removed] you pay for cable that never works and the WiFi is too weak. No one seems to care about complaints on these issues. Bethlehem Manor memory care was an answer to prayer.

I was very happy with Bethlehem Manor. Bethlehem Manor memory care is no longer at the same location. The staff at the market Street location went above and beyond and being helpful and caring. [name removed], who was the manager would call me with updates and answer all questions, a very different experience from the previous place my mother was a resident in. Bethlehem Manor Memory Care

Things are starting to settle down after the big move and merging of the residents which caused confusion. However when we do bring up questions or concerns to the staff they are very cooperative and try their best to accommodate. They also seem to have a lot of activities going on.

Bethlehem Manor memory care was a wonderful experience for my mom and her family

I have told so many people about Bethlehem Manor. Maybe it seems so good to me because she came from a terrible, horrible place. At Bethlehem Manor they listen to me, they take me serious, and they wanted my opinion on things. They were so caring and kind towards my mom. She was only there for a short time, but she developed relationships with the staff. [name removed], the girl who runs it would call me back or just call me with reports. It was totally different from the experience we had before.

Great Staff

The staff went out of their way to communicate with me about my dad. He had several staff members he was very fond of, and we were treated with respect and consideration. As his illness progressed, they adapted to his changing needs, and they were responsive to our concerns. Another of my family members was there recently as a temporary measure, and her experience was not as positive. My understanding is that some of the staff have left and things may have changed. But my information is good as of December, though.

It looked okay on the surface but wasn't sure about anything else.
