Staff is great (the director especially is amazing - [name removed]), plenty of activities, no issues with cleanliness, good laundry set up and really love the apartment and balcony. Love the salon convenience and staff. Nice grounds. Only negatives are the one (!) tiny elevator and limited transportation options. There's also been localized power outages (in the neighborhood) and that was kind of a mess for my mobility challenged mom. Wish they had a bigger generator.

Major health and safety concerns. I visited my aunt recently and witnessed an incredibly disturbing and hazardous situation. As I was exiting the ladies room, I could see that men's restroom was covered in human waste across the floor and walls. While I appreciate that staff went to clean it, the cleaning workers had no protective suits, no face shields, and no foot covers. This is a severe biohazard violation. I had to find a place for my brother quickly after his discharge from a rehab facility. Holiday Rancho Village is perfect. The staff and director was very accommodating and very understanding. They even provided my brother with furniture for his apartment. They have a care giving company that provides him with personal care that he’s needed. I recommend this place very much. They go out of their way to help you.

My mom has been living at Rancho Village for 3 years. Recently there has been a change in management. It is noticeable and not in a positive way. The manager is new but is lacking in managing. She is very friendly but it is obvious there is a lack in attention to detail, and lack of employee oversight. I am very disappointed in the management at Rancho Village. The new manager is aloof. Stairwell are filthy, bathrooms smell and are not cleaned regularly. They used to have a night janitor and I have not seen him in ages. The food is lacking in flavor, food portions are shrinking and the rent keeps rising.
