CriticalThe employees are very friendly for the most part. However the title of the facility "Assisted Living " is very misleading. Each time we have requested particular services to be rendered to our loved one we are told they will be implemented but then are not. When we question it we are met with hostility and very defensive responses. No feeling the place was the right choice.

CriticalI have a friend that lives here. The understaffed employees are nice. Obviously they do not have enough time to take care of the people that live there. I noticed that the caregivers do more for the people that live there then the nurses. I wouldn't even think to have my parents live here.
