CriticalThe staff ignores their patients to provide basic needs dressing clothes, laundry, food. They don't speak good English to the people. The facility staff has not provided food for the patients three times a day. The physical therapist doesn't know people need a schedule. The nurses are all ignorant when it comes to level of care. The doctor is not on staff to assist with medical needs. Do not take your love one to this place.

PositiveI have had 2 family members at this facility. Any issues that may arise are quickly addressed by our Guardian Angel, Sandi, who is an angel herself. The entire administrative staff are friendly and helpful. Ann, the Admissions Director is great Dr. Winslow is amazing! She is very thorough and understanding. The facility is short staffed, but management is working on this. The majority of the nurses and aides have been great.

I explained to her what my sister has been working on…

If she wasn't feeling well they would go to her room. and drop off an IPAD or word searches to keep her busy. Her therapist were wonderful and made her confident in her abilities. Her room was always kept clean and the food was "better than the hospital food" and seemed to be abundant. She had 1 favorite GNA and could never remember her name but would tell…
