I would give Revelle 4 out of 5 stars. They recently hired a new director and have also made some changes to the staff. I really like the new director and feel that she is committed to making positive changes and creating a more consistent experience for the residents. The biggest area I feel could use improvement is the dining service. The food itself is very good, and my mom enjoys the meals, but there are times when it takes a long time for residents to receive their food. Overall, my mom enjoys living at Reve…

The facilities are clean and beautiful, and staff overall is friendly and helpful. While weekly housekeeping is included in rent, residents are somewhat at their mercy as far as when they come, sometimes catching residents off guard. My mother feels it is an invasion of privacy so has mostly refused their services. When she has requested specific things to be cleaned, they are not always quick to respond.

My dad likes the food the best, enjoys the activities, likes that the staff is friendly and helpful, and feels he's being looked. I like that it is easily accessible for him to navigate the building and he has what he needs within the community. The staff was welcoming and helpful in getting him adjusted to his new home. Yes. I have already recommended this community to friends and family members currently looking for their parents.

PositiveHad a wonderful visit at Ravelle of Bucks County. The facility is up-to-date; more modern for today’s time/people/care; you can see they invest in the care of the people who live there; the only place of 6 I spoke with or visited, that has 6 people to organize senior activities and keeping people engaged!!
