This is a disorganized facility and my friend who lives there is very unhappy. On person elevator that takes forever to come. There is a lack of toilet per in bathrooms. He has had many items stolen. The bathroom he uses across from his room was out of service for 2 weeks. He was told to use a bathroom on a different floor. They are always out of certain food items such as coffee and condiments that they haven't thought to include such as Parmesan cheese for spaghetti. He also cannot regulate the temperature i…

Moms found a true home

We looked at about 25+ facilities. One of the things that I liked about Rolling Meadows was there was a gentleman here playing hangman with the residents and they were alert and interacting with him. I wanted her in a place where she is healthy and happy and this was the place. My mom is truly Rolling Meadows that you could not pick a better facility. Not the home for any level dementia loved one

Rolling Meadows Assisted living is not the facility for those who need assistance with their loved one if they are at any stage of dementia. I don't believe 1 star should be an option. Its not the physical aesthetics that gives this home and my review such a low score but its the staff who are not properly trained to care for dementia loved ones and their "President" [name removed]. My interactions with staff started okay but within 6 months of arrival to Rolling Meadows the signs were starting to show from imprope…

Staff is awesome residents respond well to staff And would be willing to put my family there

Rolling Meadows is a nice facility. [Name removed] was very nice and gave me a tour when [Name removed] was busy at another location. The rooms are bigger than I expected and most have a 1/2 bath; there are a few with a full bath. The house was clean but it looks like the outside could use some maintenance. There are activities planned but none happening while I was there.

Manager [name removed] was attentive during my visit. Clean, colorful facility. Activity schedule posted but nothing scheduled at time I was there. Everyone watching tv. It is a good choice for mom's budget.
