I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

When my mom moved downstairs into the assisted living in Rosecrest Retirement Community, they were all still the same way. Everyone was very nice, had a very low turnover, and had a clean facility. They have a lot of activities. I always pop in. They never know when I'm coming or going over there. So, it's not like they know I will come, and then they act nice. It's not that way. There are some difficult residents, but they handle everyone with respect. It's just a great place. I'm very ple…

We toured Rosecrest Retirement Community. We really can't afford that one. It's a very nice facility, but it's very expensive. The staff we talked to were very nice and seemed very helpful, but I didn't have much to do with them. The facility looked very nice and very clean. The atmosphere was very nice. Everything was good.

RoseCrest Retirement Community had plenty of food options. The living quarters seemed nice. The staff was friendly. It was just more than what I could afford. The floor plan was nice and open. In the rooms themselves, there was plenty of space for one person. Overall, it was a nice place. The atmosphere was homey.

I visited this facility

Rosecrest Retirement Community was very expensive plus mom wouldn't have gotten her own room. She would have had to share a room and bathroom with somebody. The rooms had no closets. It was very small. The only thing that divided the rooms was a curtain, so there was very little privacy. When you added on the care and everything, it would have gone up to about $5400 a month. There were very few private rooms available in that facility. Everybody else had to share rooms. The rooms had no kitchenette. It's …

My wife is in Rosecrest Retirement Community. I'm also a resident. I have an apartment on campus, so I can be with my wife while she's in rehab. It's top-notch. In my experience with nursing homes, I think it's the best in Spartanburg or South Carolina. Independent living is also top-notch. I have my own apartment. It's not fully furnished, but it has all the utilities provided. I may make it a permanent situation because I'm 80 years old and my health is kind of deteriorating, too, so…

We toured the Rosecrest Retirement Community. It's very clean. It's light and bright. The apartments were lovely. They're quite adequate. The rooms were a good size. There were maintenance people all over the place, just like cutting grass and all that kind of thing. So, the maintenance there was great. The staff was very nice. They took us around to some of the apartments and showed us a model that was furnished and showed us one that wasn't. They were just very accommodating and willing to ans…
