I liked The Woodlands at Furman very much. The staff was wonderful. We have friends there. There's a variety of food. They had nice amenities. They have a pool and exercise classes. They're on a private university property, so you can go to concerts and lectures. They have activities just for seniors. You could do painting or whatever.

We toured this facility during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. We really liked this facility and wanted our loved one to live here. The cleanliness and friendliness were good. The food was really good. However, they did not have a room available.

All of the people at The Woodlands at Furman were friendly. They were all very outgoing, informative, and inquisitive about what kind of activities and things the residents are interested in. It's a gorgeous place. The food was great. Everything was beautiful and there were tons of activities, but it was just too big. The Woodlands at Furman is a very impressive community. There are a lot of options for the people as far as enrichment goes. Because of that, it was probably too large for my parents, and it would be too difficult to get around to all the options that they had. I was disappointed in the apartments, too. My loved on is in skilled nursing here and it is wonderful, this is the second time he has lived here. We moved him out the first time only because it was during covid and he was having to quarantine. The facility is absolutely beautiful, whenever I go to visit his laundry is done and his room is clean, and he himself is well dressed and shaven. The staff are super friendly and always greet you. It is expensive, but it is totally worth it for the quality of care that you get. I would definitely recommend them to ot…

The Woodlands at Furman is very beautiful, and it's very nice. The community was very welcoming, and I went to Furman University, so it's already part of the family. The staff were excellent representatives and very informative. The layout of the facility is unique, and it's perfect for the setting. They also have a tennis court. The location is conveniently within the city.
