PositiveMy parents (yes both) live at Winter Growth. I'm an RN so very familiar with facilities such as this. The care they receive here is very good. The nursing aids are wonderful and there is a strong emphasis on making sure that there is a variety of entertainment for the residents. The first thing I noticed is that every employee from the front desk secretary to the cleaner know everyone's name by day two. That's impressive. I hope they continue for a long time.
