PositiveMy wife is in Sagebrook Nursing and Rehabilitation right now. Our experience has been mostly positive. There have been some communication issues between staff members, but individually the staff people, with one exception, have been very good. Some particular ones have been excellent with her. She's not taking advantage of most of the facility because she's been bedridden the entire time. The cleanliness and upkeep are generally quite good. They have occupational therapy and physical therapy. They come by…

PositiveMy wife was in Sagebrook for 8 months. The staff was always friendly and helpful. One aid stood out (LIZ). The food was good most of the time. I have no complaints about anything. I was happy with the care and attention given to my wife.

PositiveJust to let you know that most everything was good a Sagebrook. but I want to let you know that Vivian was the BEST. I came in from the hospital on Friday and Saturday and Sunday I had no pain medication and I cried most of each night because I was in pain from my surgery. Nurses said they could do nothing without a Dr. telling them to do so. So, they called no one and I was left to just live thought it. When Vivian was my nurse, she did what she could do to help me feel better. Always came in to check on me even a…

CriticalMy father left the hospital and went to Sagebrook Health Center. He was in rehab just short of two weeks, and then he was transferred to a regular room. Additionally, he was put on hospice there, and he passed away there. I'm an RN, so I completely understand many of the aspects of staffing, what's available, and what's not available. Dad was pretty confused and a little bit disoriented when he was transferred there. They asked us to come up and stay with him, which was a big personal burden for my h…

PositiveMy mother is in Sagebrook Health Center for rehab. She said she was enjoying it, that everybody was really nice, the people were really nice and more patient to her. The staff is really nice. They've been really nice to her and very informative in keeping me up-to-date with issues and day-to-day activities that she participates in.

PositiveMy mother was at Sagebrook both as a rehab patient and as a long term resident for over seven years. When she came for rehab she still was a vital person. She got excellent rehab and in less than two weeks she and I walked out of the facility. She was strong and so much better than when she arrived. Soon after that she came back and remained there for over seven years. My mother had advanced dementia and was well cared for and shown love the entire time. In all those year, when I came to visit her I was always gree…
