Overall, I have had a very positive experience with the facility, accommodations, and staff. The environment is comfortable, and most of the staff have been friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was a very clean and welcoming place. Pretty courtyard and lots of people around seeming to enjoy the place. It was right after lunch and the food smelled good. Residents and staff greeted each other by name.

Rating would be 10 if the scale went that high. [name removed] was and is absolutely awesome attentive right in top of taking care of us for my mom. Again, [name removed] is awesome! Soon as she heard that things were not being addressed at the care facilities without asking or hesitation she got right to the source and made the situation correct with instant responses back to myself. As adult children we are very pleased with the facility. Our mom is happy there as well, certainly happier than she expected she would be. The staff doesn't always come as quickly as I think they should, but they are always friendly and responsive when they are helping or interacting with us and they seem to go above and beyond in most ways. This was a very nice facility and there were upgrades going on that showed improvement in the overall quality of the hallways and living conditions. I really like the location as it is easily accessible via the freeway and across from some good restaurants. The only negative initially is the lack of visitor parking or any available parking at all. All in all a nice facility and they are the only place willing to do a care assessment in advance of signing up.

I'd say just to schedule a tour of the facility and meet members of the staff in person to get a good feel for the place. The facility was well maintained, and the staff displayed a nice combination of professionalism and personal attention. That was a big part of the decision, but the main reason was affordability within our budget.
