PositiveWhat we like the most about Seaton Towson is that the staff is very nice and accommodating. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
PositiveSmall quaint comfortable surroundings but new management hired inexperienced people and said nothing about who was leaving, and who was hired for elder care. They cannot do the basics like out on compression stocking or the right size or remove them daily. Same with medication.

CriticalThe ED was surprised when I moved my mother out. She had changed apartments, but none of her belongings were moved with her (as I was told they would be). She lived in her new apartment for almost a month without her things. When I told this to the ED she was like "I thought it was all moved". I think that maybe she needs to get out of her office and see what is happening in her building. Maybe meet some of the Residents???

CriticalWent to tour this community for a loved one. Mice traps in the hallways, and went I went into a one-bedroom apartment, there was mouse droppings all over the floor. DO NOT waste your time, it is dirty and full of mice

There were two rooms shown and they gave us the rationale for a first floor room versus a second floor room. In her ca…

CriticalI toured this past weekend with a caregiver even though my tour was scheduled. Walking down the hass a mouse ran across the floor. I was told that even though they have completed the outside of the facility mice are still in the building. Then a resident came up asking for her meds thst were due at 2. My tour was at 3. Building was dirty as well. No actives we’re going on and there was no calendar to give me
