Serene Valley Care Home is a little bit better than the other place I saw, but I thought that the price was high for what they gave you for the facility. They say that there are no activities. One lady was sitting there. They have four rooms, and in this house, they are shared. They had a backyard, and it was okay. The owner gave me the tour. There were two caregivers while I was there.

Visited my brother several times. Each time the care was excellent. rooms clean, no odors, food was well prepared adn served on any schedule the clients waned or needed. visits before Covid 19 were in a clients room, out back, at the dining room able, living room sofa or easy chair. Television was audible but not a problem for conversations. Attendants and manager were cordial, very helpful, courteous to clients and visitors, and showed an expertise in assisting clients with mobility issues. Any questions were answ…

My mom was at Serene Valley Care Home for many years. The home is very clean and neat, which was very important to us. She was treated like family and very well taken care of. We love Serene Valley Care Home. It is akways clean, my family member is always clean, they serve great meals & have the residents families come & visit at holiday times to have a meal together. My family member is very well cared for by the owner & the staff!!

Serene Valley Care Home is great. I love it! They've not only been very responsive, but also proactive. We were sent there by A Place for Mom then Serene Valley Care Home guided us to where we needed to be. My mother in law is thrilled to be there. The staff has been great. Becky gets two thumbs up for being so wonderful. She calls to give updates on what's going on, and we really appreciate that. Overall we're very pleased with their services.
