CriticalCogir Solista High point everyone dies and they have roaches a lot. Visiting my mom and a roach crawled on my foot while sleeping woke me up She has cleaning services and laundry care that was originally to be included and we have to pay extra and Hospice comes in to visit they are aware as well. The services paid for are un reliable and inconsistent

PositiveThe staff are the absolute best. From Paige to all the staff we know now, they all have been wonderful, patient, and understanding of seniors with increasing needs. We love the restaurant style dining experience. There are always activities and trips and celebrations at Solista to keep seniors engaged. The size of the apt is just right for Mum. Having a balcony is excellent. I also appreciate that they work with hospice if and when needed. Overall, I would recommend the community to others.

PositiveDefinitely a five star facility! Excellent staff, best place we toured, great residents and my mom has already made a bunch of friends! Very welcoming, and amazing large balcony rooms! A must have for my plant mother. My mom has already fit in nicely with the puzzle group. And is looking forward to get started with the plant group as well!

PositiveMy mom has been there since January and she has a new life a new group of friends. The come in and clean her apartment once a week. The staff is friendly and kind. Mom is really gotten to know everybody. She loves having access to books every day. I just can't say enough of it. I actually took her to the doctor and the doctor asked her how she liked it and if we had had a camera crew there it would've been a perfect commercial for them.
