CriticalTerrible! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The prices are insanely high and the food is awful. The staff is not friendly. The only positive was previous housekeepers, [name removed], [name removed] , and [name removed]. I cannot stand the new ED. She is condescending and stuck up!

PositiveAt first, it wasn't so great, but with the new management, it is very good and I am very pleased. We have a new chef and the food is improving. I love [name removed], the lady who cleans my apartment. I love my apartment. I have made new friends. I think it's a very good place to live. I would say people that come with the right mindset it's easier for them

CriticalRooms are nice, most of the staff if friendly, though we did have a theft attempt from one who has since been let go. Rates keep going up. Shuttle van broke down and residents were informed it would be a while before it was operational and in meantime they were responsible for their own transportation, which she is unable to arrange so she is stuck there

PositiveMy friend would probably rate it 5 stars. She has made many friends there and enjoys the activities there-exercise classes, Bible study, and social activities. My experience with the staff has been wonderful. They know me at the front desk when I check in and are caring and compassionate. Her studio apartment is larger than most as she is on a corner. I can't speak to food quality as I've never eaten there.

PositiveThey went above and beyond to give me what I thought I was supposed to be getting. Management, sales team, and maintenance have been absolutely fabulous. I love my little apartment.

PositiveAs far as the staff is concerned, all starts at the top. The manager has an open door policy and he makes it very easy for the residence to talk to them front desk people [name removed] and [name removed] are terrific. They always greet you and ask how the day is going the maintenance man who keeps a place so clean is [name removed] and he is very, very helpful in all respects the recreation people who take care of the activities are also both perfect. There's two young ladies to take care of it one's a bus driver …
