PositiveMy loved one was previously a resident at Sommerset Neighborhood Assisted Living and Memory Care and it was a very good experience. The staff were very helpful with the move in process. They are very courteous and caring. I would recommend Sommerset Neighborhood to others.

PositiveWe have found everyone very helpful and seem to really love what they do. We have zero complaints. All Admin have been there for over 10 years, which makes a big statement. I would highly recommend this facility to others, they have been amazing!

I chose this place based on recommendations from family members of former residents that our family knows. I never heard a bad word about Somerset from them. I can see why after seeing them in action.

PositiveThis facility is large, but very organized and clean. The staff is dressed professionally and clean. They're very friendly. Everything is decorated and nice, no clutter or anything. They provide the residents with a Daily Chronicle newsletter that keeps them informed and also gives them the opportunity to give feedback, if they choose. Their visitor check-in process is very secure and organized. Communication with the family was outstanding during the move in process, also. Overall, I'm pleased with everything here…
