Safe, clean and affordable place for your loved one

It was the perfect distance between the kids. It was super clean, great layout, cost was great, the staff was and is very helpful and it's across the parking lot from a doctors office/pharmacy. I have and will continue to recommend it to everyone. I tell them how nice it is, how clean it is, how helpful the staff is, how nice the apartments /buildings are, how it's so nice it's right next to the doctors and last but not least how affordable it is.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Spero Belle Plaine. The guy who showed us around was amazing but we got an email a few days later that he had left and no longer worked there so that was a bummer. This would have been our first choice but they were booked out super far in advance.

A comfortable home

Spero has a monthly calendar with different activities about 2-3 times a week. They have a lot of coffee & get togethers with other residents, and my father-in-law seems to enjoy that. It's really nice because they are connected with the hospital, doctors office and pharmacy. They can walk across an indoor breezeway to get there, which is very convenient. If you want a carefree life style, I recommend living at Spero Belle Plains. You will have no maintenance worries. If you like to socialize, you can do this without leaving the building. This is a great place to live. The Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful at all times.
