PositiveThis facility is so nice. The areas are clean and smells great, the staff are amazing and the food is great as well. If you do not like the food, they offer alternative choices. The residents are always smiling and activities are always keeping them busy.

CriticalMother was sent there by Richland County to recover from a concussion and frequent falls. The staff seemed to change every month and continuity of care was a problem. Staff seemed sparse. Kitchen did not understand dietary needs of a vegetarian. Mother lost over 100lbs. andfinally faded away.

PositiveI visited the assisted living and memory care at Spring Oak Lexington. The nurses and everyone seemed like they cared a lot. None of the residents had an odor or smell, which was really good. They seemed to have actual events for the people, and the residents I met looked happy. The staff was very sweet and very good. They have a hair salon, a bus that takes them out of town and stuff, and a garden outside.

CriticalI toured Spring Oak Lexington. The room they offered me was very small, because I guess there's like a two-week minimum and a one-month maximum or whatever. I know it wouldn't be long-term, but I didn't know what to expect. We had concerns about my mobility and helping me get dressed, in and out of bed, and on and off the commode.
