I toured. I really like the apartment sizes and the views. I like the staff, and I like the responsiveness. I also really like the layout of the place and how easy it was to navigate. It wasn't a giant facility, so I liked the size of it.

CriticalNot a good fit for my mom
We had a negative experience, where management delayed the move-in by one day and that did not seem to get communicated internally to staff as a few department check-in didn't happen and we had to chase them down. There was a minor issue with the bathing facility that required follow up. But the biggest disappointments were the terrible views from the room and the lack of intellectual activities, which is why we are moving my mom out to a different facility.

This is a great start to find a place for a family member who needs cares for a positive quality of life. My sister loves Sprinbrock. They helped her adjust to the transfer from her condo to assisted living and allowed family to stay with her to help her adjust to facility.
