Staff is not outsourced but is contracted by facility and many are long term and know the clients well, including their individual needs, likes and dislikes. Food is prepared fully in house and almost entirely fresh. Residents are served restaurant style with waitstaff and a menu with multiple daily specials and multiple regular items. The sales representative did not honor our initial meeting time, and when we eventually connected, I simply wanted answers to basic preliminary questions about the community and its care capabilities before scheduling a tour. These were the same general questions other facilities have gladly answered without issue.
