The care seems to be fine, facilities and activities are good. However, the lack of responsiveness to us as the family handling everything is kind of crazy. Despite turnover in management, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone to answer questions or discuss treatment options, etc.

The caregivers, doctor, nurses, activity coordinators are great. They truly care about our love once. Not only they ensure everyone gets their care but also encourage them to go to activities, celebrate birthdays and holidays with special events.

Disappointed with nursing; elevators are dirty and unkempt; rooms poorly maintained. But they are in the process of refurbishing some areas. Poor communication once we settled.

From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I walked out, every staff member that I encountered was very nice and upbeat with me and with the residents. I loved their beautiful courtyard where residents can go out and sit to enjoy! The studio apartment is perfect too.
