Caring and efficient Staff, clean and exceptional Facility

[name removed] and staff are caring and compassionate with the residents and communicate well with the family. All residents are treated as special individuals and any health issues are dealth with on a timely basis. The home has a nice open kitchen, dining, living space, is very clean and absent any odors and nice and cool in summer with the AC running. Saint Francis Memory Care has been amazing for our family. I looked at many different memory care facilities, and unfortunately most were far out of our price range. The ones we could afford I would never have felt comfortable leaving my grandmother. When my grandma was released from the geriatric psych ward, we honestly didn’t know where she was going to go. My mother is a resident at Francis. St. Francis is a very nice place. It’s in a great neighborhood. It’s a clean home. The food is good. I feel comfortable with the help and the facility. I feel my mother is getting good care and she is safe. I think my mother is happy, or at least content. Raymond, the owner is very nice and personable. Always talkative and friendly. Absolutely perfect in our time of need.

Unbeknownst to us, my dad was diagnosed with dementia while in the hospital for another issue and his previous assisted living facility denied his return. My Mom feels at home here

I found St Francis Home Care through A Place for Mom and I couldn't be happier. that was several years ago and they have taken care of her so well. We visit her regularly and she's always comfortable. She gets fed well, they give meds. Mom is always well-dressed, clean and has a schedule that suits her needs. I can't say enough good things about the owner and the staff at this Board and Care except we don't ever plan to move her. Very safe and peaceful

My mom is very happy at St Francis it was a good move for her she's getting better care better meals she seems cheerful when I visit and the others residents are very friendly they go for walks on property. They make sure seat she is safe when getting up and out of bed. I would recommend this home .
