Staff has always went above and beyond. Easy to communicate with. No close facility is very well kept and attentive. Overall, I would recommend them to others.

Criticalmy experience
It has many great qualities such as cleanliness, however I found communication between staff and residents was of poor, such as yesterday a full menu of meals was sent to residents, yet when I went there the dining room was closed. I found a worker and questioned my lack of communication and she admitted you're supposed to know since it's a holiday, she did get me a box lunch. Have had this also with activities etc. The staff if they walk past you will often not acknowledge you
