CriticalWe met the liason for Summer House and Guiding Light. She has what seems to be a lot of bells and whistle that are attrative but maybe not necessary for mom. The homes are well maintained. Yards, not so much. She was definitely a salesperson not a bad thing when you are selling a good product. Liked both the homes. She would like to visit mom before she commits to the actual move in. No comparison to the attrativness of Pine Tree.
