My husband was admitted on a Sunday and on Monday he was left in the wheelchair alone in the room, fell & hit his head, was taken to the emergency room. He has both legs amputated and had no strength so should have been left alone. On Friday, again he was taken to the emergency room, he was found in the morning unresponsive. This is 100% negligence on the staff and the facility. Only words are thrown out but no actions taken. Pretty in the outside but ugly in the inside.

I rarely write a review, but this place needs to be spoken about. My dad had a stroke in March and was referred to Sundance as it was supposed to be top rated. We had problems from the start. It took almost 3 days to get him assessed because of a holiday weekend. Therefore he laid in that hospital bed for 3 days with no assistance from any of the staff. The nurses are terrible! No bedside manner, very rude and basically just ignores you and the help light. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a nursing facility. …

My mom was so neglected here that I actually had the nurse call 911 to get an ambulance to take her to ER. She had a UTI, she was dehydrated, and her medication was so totally off. Do not put anyone you care about here.

If you want your loved one to be mistreated this is the right facility to do so. The place has a lingering smell of vomit and feces (the carpet needs to be removed). There needs to be a disclaimer that there will not assistance provided you your loved from 5 pm to 7 am. So that if need to go to the bathroom are going to need to hold it until the next or soling the bed is the next best option. I do have say that the therapist are amazing. They are the only ones that care and take provide on the service that they pro…

My mother was at Sundance Inn, New Braunfels, for skilled nursing rehabilitation. She is not someone that likes exercise, but at Sundance Inn, she enjoyed the therapy so much that she would go there even on her off days. This is a huge compliment to Christy and her rehabilitation team. You all are World Class!!! The facility is designed very welcoming, it is clean and the receptionists are nice and helpful. I visited my mother almost every day and the facility always smelt clean, which was nice for skilled nursing.…
