PositiveEveryone is nice and welcoming. They made the process easy. They were very accessible. I would recommend it to others. My dad is happy and finds the food enjoyable.

PositiveI toured Susan Bailis Assisted Living. It's centrally located in downtown Boston, and its facilities are clean and well-maintained. The units are small, and the prices are high for the area. The staff was great. They seemed close to the residents.

Positive5 across the board- The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my mom needs memory care now and we have to move her. I wish she could have stayed at SB longer.

PositiveMy review of Susan Bailis is excellent. [name removed] , the. Exec Dtr, [name removed] & [name removed], the nurse were all so helpful. Unfortunately, she was not well enough to live there for more than a week & ended up back in the hospital/rehabs several times. I would highly recommend Susan Bailis as a most desirable place to live.

They were also very helpful in preparing the necessary paperwork required in an interstate move. I would recommend Susan Bailis…

The rooms were small, the furniture was tired-looking, and some of the residents sort of looked like they came from the homeless shelter. The feeling when you come into an assisted living place, if…
