PositiveI went to The Atwater at Nocatee, and I loved the place. I like the size; it's not really big. The staff members were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I met the marketing director. The building was very clean, well-kept, and very nice. They have a library, a gym, and outdoor spaces. They have a nice outdoor pool, a walking area, and a dog park. They offer golf carts, too.

PositiveWe toured The Atwater at Nocatee. It was beautiful. You cooked your own food in your apartment. The apartments were immaculate. It was a lot less than I'm paying here now, but they didn't have any staff at night at all. It was totally independent living, and the apartments were gorgeous. PositiveThe Atwater at Nocatee was very nice. I liked the area it is in. It's in a beautiful area. They've got a lot of activities that I like, like the exercise room. They also play games. It's a nice facility. It's homey. The food was OK. The lady I talked to was very nice, telling me about the facility, and so forth. They have a swimming area and all of the nice things that senior citizens would enjoy. It was just too expensive for me. I couldn't afford it.
