I've visited Berkshire Kensington. They have a lot of activities that you can join in if you want to, and I like that they have elevators. The person that gave me the tour was very nice and the apartments are very sufficient as far as what I need. It's pretty much everything I'm looking for. Filthy and dirty place

I was a resident for 8 years. I moved in in [date removed]. It was a very nice community for the first 2 or 3 years but year after year it. slowly started going downhill with new management. I became embarrassed to have relatives or friends come in to see this dump I was living in. Backed up sinks, hallway ceiling tiles removed and buckets hanging from pipes to catch water leaks and then left like that for months at a time. Very slow in fixing issues that residents have in their apartments. Holes put in hallways …

NOT WORTH CHECKING OUT!

I've been a resident for over 5 years. When I moved to this location, I was impressed with the offerings. We enjoyed banking, health center, shopping, great activities, entertainment, cleanliness, etc.. now even taking into account the pandemic, we have none of the above. And management is incompetent.

Keep looking!

A very dirty, and rundown community. Look elsewhere!

A nice senior community

The property is very well managed, and the residents are very friendly. The maintenance crew is well appointed and the property is kept up to above average standards. The activities for the residents are organized and the staff is interested in the well being of the tenants. Every accommodation to make residents feel welcomed was appreciated by my Mom upon her move.

I toured this community for my mother's care. The staff was wonderful and I liked that they did follow up with me on my mom's needs. The community was nice and very clean. It was a nice size community with a good atmosphere. They had a list of activities that would have been good for my mom. I would recommend this community to other families for the care of a loved one.
