PositiveWe enjoyed our tour at the Delaney very much. We received a thorough tour and information we desired. The facility is fairly new and was very light and bright. It had a wonderful patio where residents could walk and relax in inviting chairs. We were disappointed at the end that they had the only vacancy promised and two on the waiting list that already lived at The Delaney.

What we like the most about the community is the overall pleasant atmosphere, nice staff, nice location. Yes I do recommend The Delaney. It has a nice atmosphere, good facilities, and caring staff. My only suggestion for improvement is to offer more activities and tools for the visually impaired. My FiL would participate much more in community activities if they made accommodations to include those with poor vision.
