I had the pleasure to tour this facility i was very impressed of all the care the residents get there and how much they care and it was very clean that is a big plus for me they were at full capacity which is a good thing I give them 5 star all the way great job to everyone that works there

My mother-in-law received exceptional care from The Foley Center. Her stay lasted a little over a month. The nurses, CNAs, and administrators were very attentive. The family was very pleased with her stay. Thank you for assisting in her care.

My mother is in The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge. The staff has done really well so far. They have been remarkable. They do things like her hair, her nails, and her personal hygiene. She does exercises and all kinds of stuff. She also attends church, bingo, and different things. They have really done well communicating and helping me get her squared away. My dad is at The Foley Center At Chestnut Ridge. We're very pleased with his care there. His first preference was to remain there. The communication has been very good there. They call me anytime that he has a little slip or he banged an arm or anything like that. The communication is very good, and also consulting with medical professionals when needed. I was a resident for over four months at The Foley Center At Chestnut Ridge. I am giving a 5-star rating to the facility. I received ReHab there following heart surgery. Foley was a great place to receive this help with a full staff and excellent equipment as well as being a beautiful facility set in scenic surroundings. I was at the Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge for about 6 days after a fall involving breaking 10 ribs, having a collapsed lung, several brain hemorrhages with brain bleed, a large cut on my head, fractures of several facial and orbital bones, and a broken wrist. The care I received was excellent, especially the physical therapy staff. It was extremely clean, the food was good, and they went out of their way to help me recover as quickly as possible. I highly recommend the facility and staff.
