PositiveCheerful Spaces and a Community That Stays Actively Connected
Staff was very helpful. Facility looked clean, bright, cheery. Rooms were good size. Some furnishings could have been updated but were acceptable. Seemed like they had plenty of activities and groups for residents to participate in. I was pleased with the health assessment they performed. The residents were out and about when I was there. They were playing games. I walked by many apartments that had their front door open so anyone could stop by and chat. I didn't get the feeling that anything was being hidden.

The staff and care is excellent. They let me know if they think anything is "wrong" with my Mom and it is dealt with efficiently and effectively. The activities are plentiful and my Mom participates in all of them. She loves the food. They keep her room clean. My Mom is in a studio apartment, which is a perfect size for what she needs.

I have Parkinson’s and think that I would be be better served with a facility that has more focused Parkinson’s service correct me if I’m wrong but I believe I could be forced to leave if my Parkinson’s gets worse. My mom lived at the fountains for 2 1/2 years until she recently passed away at 100 years old. Her time at the Fountains was an absolute delight for her as the accommodations were beautiful, the staff was professional, attentive and loving, and the community that she built, despite her trepidations about engaging with new people at this point in her life was wonderful and embracing.
