I went to visit a friend at The Greens at Liberty Road's independent living community, and I just like the atmosphere there. I like the apartment and everything about it. It's beautiful. I'm not sure what activities they have because the person I visited doesn't really participate, but I know that they have a lot of activities. I think they occasionally do things and have food, but the residents do their own cooking. My friend has a 2-bedroom apartment, and it is large. I didn't see any neg…

The Greens at Liberty Road is very nice. They don't serve food here. The only time they have food is on holidays, and the food is delicious. They have a wide variety according to which holiday it is. On Thanksgiving, there's Turkey dressing and a whole meal. Christmas is a little bit more festive. The facility is fabulous. I am on the third floor. Each floor has a chute to put your trash down. It's a beautiful building. It is only about 12 years old. It's brand new and it holds 110 residents. We…

My mom was a resident of The Greens at Liberty Road. Her apartment was nicely sized. It was a one-bedroom. It had a large bathroom with handicapped access. The main living area was kind of open. It had a kitchen with an island where the sink was so you could see throughout the whole main living area, and a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment. It was very good. The staff was friendly and some were friendlier than others. The residents had things planned. They had bingo two nights a week and they had outings …

I went to visit The Greens at Liberty Road. It was clean. It was nice. I observed the tenants, and they looked comfortable and happy. The place was nice. The staff seemed friendly. It was an apartment-style building and pretty much everyone had their own apartment. They had their entertainment room and rec room. It looked decent. I didn't see any fault with the place.

Great Place to Live!

Staff promptly addresses all resident concerns including a few air condition problems they found on the roof this summer. The porter takes special care to sanitize all common areas during COVID. The manager's communication with residents has been fantastic! They are phasing in social activities safely too. This place is always in high demand.

Air

The elderly in this building had to suffer with no air every time a storm occurred this summer. They put portable units in people’s places that made them sick. People’s apartments were in disarray, due to the portable units. I watched this building be built and it should not have all these issues! Bad management! Furthermore, these people are still being charged rent for amenities they can’t use due to COVID-19, they need to give folks back some money.
