My husband was at The Haven at North Hills for the longest amount of time. It was very nice and very well kept. When you walked in, there was a big entryway and chairs. To the right, they had a beautiful library and nice common spots that people would come down and congregate. They had a lot of activities, different people came in, and therapy dogs. They would have a gentleman come in and play music sometimes during dinner. They had their own shuttle bus, and they would sometimes take some of the residents just for…

I toured The Haven at North Hills. The living spaces are sizable. They're enough for one person, for sure. It's limited, I think, to 12 patients, which I like. It's small, and they will feed the patients. It's very clean, that's what I like about it. From observing them, the staff members were attentive to the people and to their needs. There is a sitting area with a TV and sofas, chairs, and one big dining area, which is nice.

I toured The Haven at North Hills. I went with my daughter to check it out, but they had no vacant rooms at the time. They took us around the place and showed us different things that they had. It is close to where I live now, and most of the stores that I go to are available. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. In terms of amenities, they had a library, a gym, and a party room if you wanted to have a party with guests or something.

My mother-in-law has been in The Haven at North Hills for a week now. We chose them for the price. It seems like you're getting a lot for your dollar. They seem to keep everything clean.
